There’s many, many books out there on the science of learning. These are my favorites.
Make It Stick is written by psychologists that study memory. It’s a fantastic eye-opening book dense with studies, evidence, and surprises. Read it.
Ultralearning and Deep Work are written by a couple of people that really nerd out on trying to learn and they have a sincere love for the subject. Refreshingly, they’re not the usual motivational coachy types that write on these topics. Instead, they have a sincere love for the subject and share their experiences with you.
You could go out and read the many many other books on learning out there, but I think that these would give you more than you need to greatly accelearate and improve your learning.

Make It Stick. Learn how to learn – and how not to. (Read my post) (See it on Amazon)

Ultralearning. Learn more and learn more quickly. (Read my post) (See it on Amazon)

Deep Work. Understand things more deeply. Get to an expert-level understanding of a subject. (Read my post) (See it on Amazon)
